A Cuckoo Bee.

It was resting and was holding on solely with its mandibles. In fact I had to cut the limb and move it to get a good shot. Eventually it flew away.

reminds me of those bugs in the tropics that are infected with fungus and they climb to the top of a branch .. or the tip of a plant and hold on with thier mandibles while the fungus develops inside them and explodes out thier body .... morbid lol
